How would you have 'humanized' the square Mettaton if they didn't had a human-like form?

Sorry for my bad english, I don't know if i explained myself right.

We all know that every fandom likes to humanize non-human things, but Mettaton already has a human-like form (I mean, they're a robot, but in their second form, they look kinda human-like and not like a rectangle)...

So, the question is: How do you think the fandom would have 'humanized' Mettaton's first form?

And, how would you have humanized them?

I haven't seen any pics for this... Again, sorry for my bad english, I'm Mexican.
