Can you create power by orbiting?

Electricity is created by sending a magnet through a coil of wire, or by spinning a coil around a magnet, but what if the moving magnet was orbiting the moon, and a coil orbiting in the opposite direction. Would this eliminate the need of a turbine as the pull of the moon would move the magnet, or would it not work?
