My Dota 2 shop is messed up, how do i fix it? help!

So, for a few years the in-game shop in my Dota 2 has been fucd up, it was not me that changed anything, it was after an update very long ago that changed it automatically, i did not know how to change it back so i didn't do it, and just learned how to play with it, however, now with reborn out and custom shops i think it has become quite obvious that i NEED the original shop settings back, but i can't figure out how to do that as there is no "reset" anywhere.

First picture is from the custom game Epic Boss Fight and the other 2 are from a bot game so you also see what my shop looks like in a game.

I want the default shop back and the custom shop settings that was downloaded to my dota 2 certainly ♥♥♥♥s up the different custom shops that appears in other arcade dota 2 games, heres what the shop looks like with no midification in Epic Boss Fight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ywsiP3POqU#t=14m27s

As you can see, the player has both the "Basic" tab and "Upgrades" tab available, while my own doesn't even have that.

Any help is appreciated on how to restore the default shop setting, and as i already mentioned, i did not change anything myself, it was the game that suddenly changed it with an update, and i never knew how to change it back so i didn't (as it wasn't a big deal back then, but it is now).

P.S: You can also see a small circle on my "New ability" bar, that was also something the update change, and that as well i do not know how to get rid of.
