Google play Error Code: -18

My grandmother is trying to download some apps and every time she tries to install one it gives her a Error Code: -18. I have tried restarting, clearing the cache, and i cant find a solution. she has a 32Gb sd card in the device and there is almost 2 Gb of free system memory. any solutions?
