Did I take too much?

This was a few months ago when I had an Ambien script. I was getting thirty a month, 10 mgs each. With no tolerance whatsoever, I was taking 100 mgs or more during each session. I never got sick or blacked out, though I did have some memory problems. All in all, they gave me a pretty mellow buzz. I'm a normal size person if that helps. Are Ambiens really weak, or did I take way more than I should have?
