[Build Help] Need help deciding on some parts for an upgrade. (high-end gaming, 3D modeling/animation, streaming)

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I am looking to upgrade my current build to a more high-end/sturdy build. (3D modeling/rendering, 2D digital art and animation, gaming, and streaming on Twitch)

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

As high as the budget allows.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

I am looking to spend between $600 - $800 on MoBo, CPU, RAM and possibly an SSD, if the budget allows.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

• ???

SSD:

• Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" SSD (500GB if budget allows, 250GB if it doesn't; this is still undecided.)

I am honestly not sure at all what motherboard to go with. I am pretty set on the i7 6700k for the CPU (although I fear something better will be out soon, idk). I really like the aesthetic of the Asus Z170's, they go really nicely with the white NZXT Phantom 410, but something tells me the Asus Maximus is better. I guess I am looking for help with what really are the differences and why one might be better than the other. As long as it can handle what I want to do, I am happy. ;)

I also would like your opinion on the other parts I have picked out and if you think there are any better alternatives.
