I'll be staying in Mostar for 3 weeks in the summer and I will need a mobile data-connection for my phone. Which carrier has the best pre-paid option for ~5-10 GB? (price/coverage/speed)

I was there last year too and some carriers couldn't provide a nano-SIM, which I'll need :)
