How many votes would Johnson need to win one electoral vote in Nebraska and Maine? Is it possible?

I mean it's his only chance to actually become president if neither Trump nor Clinton get 270 electors. Other states are winner-takes-all.

Additional question: is there any libertarian-leaning elector that could vote for Johnson anyway?
