PSA: Red Skull Issue

Some players are experiencing an issue where Red Skull appears before they have completed "Headmistress of Mayhem, Pt. 3." Attempting to fight him will crash the game.

Fortunately, only a few players were affected, but if this is happening to you, please write in! We can fix it for you.
