Chance lyrics

I've listened to Chance since 10 Day and I noticed something when I hear a new song. Whenever he has a fast verse or pronounces words differently I don't always hear the lyrics at first. It might take a couple listens to actually hear the word. I think it helps appreciate the things he's trying to do with the sound of his voice like changing it to make its own "beat". Just wondering if anyone else has this same listening process
