Meeting Folks in a New City?

Welp, I seem to have found my self in a new city for a summer internship. I normally live in a small town, and all of my friends are typically met through school or work. However in this case, I am not in school and all the folks at the internship are ten years my senior. I was wondering if you folks could give me some advice on how to meet folks by myself. Thanks.

Note: I am not quite 21 yet, so bars are right out for the time being.
