I just cannot focus when driving

My phone is off, I aint listening to music and Im talking with nobody, but even though I try my best to focus, after a while I start thinkin about what im going to do for the weekend or what am i gonna eat today. I few days ago i crashed because I dont look at the mirrors, i try to, but sometimes im just not focuse and i turn with out checking the mirrors. Any advice?
