[Suggestion] Put cohesion on the leadership directive; Give ribbons for cohesion

Now that there's a measure for cohesion, I think it would be a good idea to reward players for being more cohesive. There could be two ribbons for this - One for leading squads with high cohesion, and one for staying near one's squad lead and contributing to a squad being more closely packed and synchronized. Both of these ribbons could be added to the leadership directive and would also give players a nice new incentive to work together.
