Possible(?) bug using Roadhog hooks on Genji.

Hey everyone,

So I've been noticing throughout all my games today where I was spamming some Roadhog a lot of the times I hook a Genji he just goes straight through me somehow.

I heard there was a patch where they made it so you hook the smaller heroes closer to you to increase the headshot chance, but correct me if I'm wrong on that.
Maybe this could be a consequence of that change?

Curious to hear if anyone else has experienced this a lot.

Also not sure if it's like this with the other smaller characters like tracers since I'm absolute ass at hooking that blinking bitch :P
