I don't know what to do, I'm sick and can't go in, but I'm being told I have too... I've already worked two days sick, and today I am so weak. help =(

For the past 4 days I've been having what I thought was just allergies. But for theses four days I've had a sore throat. I had been trying to find coverage for my shifts for the past two days, but no luck, I've called fellow partners and other stores. Yesterday I was so weak I was sitting down on a chair working drive thru I also told my manager that at this rate I wouldn't be coming in tomorrow (today now). this morning I woke up and feel horrible and keep coughing up phlegm. I just checked my temp and its 100.2. I feel so out of it I don't want to drive. I'm at a lose of what to do, I don't want to lose my job, but at this point I'm afraid I'd be getting people sick and I can barely get the energy to go to the bathroom, it winds me.
