Can't turn in quest (Shield Generator)

I got a quest to destroy a base's shield generator. I did it with my srv, got a notification, and went to turn it in at the station specified. Upon docking, I've checked the mission board and have found nowhere to turn it in. I've restarted game multiple times. What am I missing?
