will we ever see the MLB expand to 32 teams, like the NFL?

Hey guys,

Just a hypothetical question on a slow sunday. The NFL has 4 divisions of 4 teams each in either conference. Will we ever see a similar format in the MLB? If so, what cities do you think would get teams, and how would you see divisions playing out?
