Has anyone from south africa here used amazon?

I'm thinking of buying a headset from amazon as it is considerably cheaper than local stores, but I'm just a bit weary of international shipping. Has anyone used it before, even if you're not from S.A I would still like to hear about international shipping. Thanks for any help
