Rhinoplasty suggestion

I had 2 rhinoplasty surgeries and my nose looks pretty good. The only problem is I am having problems with something called my columella strut. It clicks/thumps and I can literally feel the strut by my columella pinch it with my fingers and move it around. My nose sometimes gets locked up when I move my upper lip back and forth because the piece/strut gets caught on something. For example when I try to floss I feel it getting caught and then it moves to a new position. It is very very hard to explain and therefore I will provide a video. sometimes I even feel like i can feel the actual piece like it went through the pocket? I am super worried and am in pain every day. Can someone provide an answer or forward this to someone.. thanks
