I got a Costco membership today. This is the only thing I bought. So good and so totally worth it. Details within :)

So the hype is real with Kirklands new protein bar. Clearly a Quest Bar alternative. I bought a box today to try them out and I am so glad I did. It cost $17.99 for a box of 20. Works out to $.90/bar. A bit cheaper then Quest bars. So...... are they a good replacement?
My opinion: Yes!!!
Each bar is 190 calories, 4 grams net carb (and yes erythritol is listed on the box (4 grams), 21 grams of protein, and 7 grams of fat.
They have a very similar consistency to Quest bars and they also have a good taste. However, what I personally like about them is that they are not overly sweet. Quest bars, imo, are very sweet and I can eat a ton of them (it's hard, personally, to eat just one). These fix that. I don't feel myself craving another one. I feel satisfied with just one. The main benefit to me though, is the cost. They are so much cheaper than Quest bars and are nearly nutritionally identical.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
