[Ask] coming back after a year

Hey guys so I stopped playing about a year ago, I'm th10 not everything is fully upgraded btw. So obviously when I logged back in I had barely any resources, how can I come back and get tons of loot and what are cheap effective armies I can use? (Also other tips are appreciated too!)
