Good vacation package price considering holidays?

My husband and I have been dying to go to Disney World together. We will be moving to Europe in January, and not sure when we will move back stateside - it could be by the time we start having kids.

I got a Disney Delicious offer (Dining Plan included) at the Pop century resort (never stayed in but I've read good thing) during December this year with 4 day park hopper tickets for 2,325. This includes our upgrade to include a table service meal per resort night.

He's frugal, but I'm convinced we won't have a chance to go again as just the two of us! I've been to Disney about 9 times with my fanatic family, but he has been since he was about 13. He is also very excited for a trip to Universal and Harry Potter World, although Universal's ticket prices are an eye opener to me.

Is this a good or average deal? I just don't want to be paying more than I should. We're driving down about 11 hours, so no airline tickets in addition.
