Worth it to main tracer? How to play it well?

Hello, I'm start maining tracer and have an 10 hours in tracer on 27 lvl. Don't play beta so this my first 10 hours on tracer. I'm very like this champ but I'm don't play it well. Haven't any mvp on tracer, very mediocre dmg, don't have many kills etc. But really want maining her. Im have mediocre reaction, but it is better than my ping (85), so many times I'm just press e, or shift and it not works(

So it is worth playing tracer for mediocre player? If yes can you advice some good guide? Some practice, trainings? Etc

Ps: after playing tracer other champs looks boring and easy, event genji and maccree feels easy toand head shots and move ment. Tracer really teach you to aim and headshots, but many champs now too boring and immobile to me (
