Custom build vs. Cyberpowerpc memorial day sale build
###Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Gaming but specifically total war: warhammer and it's future expansions
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
Medium-high settings, ultra unit size
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$600-900. Less is better as I am somewhat comfortable updating a video card in the future

US
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below. I've been looking around for a computer the past month to play Total War: Warhammer. I'm very hesitant to build a PC and I came across a cyberpowerpc sale for memorial day. I came up with this build on their site for $878: Imgur
I built as close a pc as I could on pcpartpicker and it came out to only about a $30 difference (without mail in rebates, which i never remember to do). Is this Cyberpowerpc deal worth it or am I missing something?
edit: The cyberpower pc would also come with mouse, keyboard, and headset.
NOTE: You do not have to follow this format, but please be sure to answer these questions. Please do not ask to simply be given a build. You are welcome to delete this section.
