I'm in Morocco and trying to FaceTime. I know the telecommunications companies have blocked VOIP in the past few months. I am trying to use a VPN to connect with family and friends. I downloaded ArkVPN on my phone, but still haven't been able to connect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
