Question about Performance of GTX 1080 in Project Cars?

I want to stream Project Cars, but with my Titan X i can only play on mid to high qualities. Getting even some Framedrops there. Mainly in rain and with lots of cars in vision range. I am still fiddling with the settings, to get the most out of it. But i would be very interessted if somebody with a GTX 1080 has this game, on what settings you can play without framedrops? (As shown by SteamVR Overlay)
