Quick question

In some of the heist setups we've noticed the day cycles are switched for host and the rest of the players. The main one it always seem to be night for host and day for everyone else is the Hack setup for the Pacific Standard. I just wondered if anyone knew why/how? As that obviously isn't the case any other time
