How do I play against Zyra support as ADC?

This is the one matchup that's the bane of my existence. I can never do anything against it and it completely shuts me down. My own support seems completely non-existent compared to this plant monster. I can never seem to fight the enemy adc because those stupid plants do more damage than adc and i'm farming under my own turret majority of the time while losing cs and getting poked. Things I've tried and failed so far:

• Stop her from sprouting plant - eventually she finds that out and just activates them as soon as I get close
• All in with an aggressive support - They just sit and 1000 range and keeps poking with plants until she lands a bind and i am dead.
• Play with a poke/ sustain support -plants block all skill shots and still has enough HP to hit back.

I have even started to ban this champ in my games because I'm just lost. If anyone can help with some tips to how to play against this abomination i'll be really greatful
