How to advance into arena 5?

Im in arena 4 around 1300 trophies. Whenever i almost get to arena 5, i go against people with wizards(which i dont have) and they always counter me. Arena 4 is such a hard place to escape. How do i push and stay in arena 5? I was in arena 5 last week but i tilted back into arean 4... Advice?
