Expanding a wifi connection using 3 routers

Hi there.

I have 3 wifi routers in my house, so i can get signal to the entire house. Each one has a exclusive name, like "Wifi 1", "Wifi 2", Wifi 3.

When i switch roms, i need to switch mannualy to a router that has better signal.

Is there a way to make those 3 routers transmit a single wifi?
