My Overwatch Hero Idea

I think a character based off of the gameplay from Double Action: Boogoloo or Max Payne 3 multiplayer would be sweet! I love characters with unique movement and imagine a character who can dive left or right and his/her alt is BULLET TIME. The way it works in those other games is it slows down time for you and everyone in your view allowing everyone to think faster and react but also giving the player the jump on everyone else. I think it'd fit well in the game and this plus other alts would be a great combo. Slowmo alt plus an alt that immobilizes people like Zaryas or Rendhardt. I don't know what his/her other abilities would be, maybe you guys have some ideas?
