Questrade Account: First time investing

I am 21 years old residing in Canada (not a Permanent resident). I am planning on investing my first 1,000 dollars in the stock market ( I have some companies I have in mind already, nothing too risky).
Questions:

1. Is TSFA the way to go for me?
2. Has anyone used Questrade, is it good?
3. Any recommendations, or advice.
