Are any of these desktops suitable for basic photo editing (lightroom editing a couple of hundred pics at a time)

I have a voucher for this store, so would like to buy from there, I've bought a laptop from there and been happy with the price/service. I like the all in one designs, and understand they're difficult to upgrade, I have also looked into building my own and decided against it, so please don't link me to r/buildapc Since all I'll be using this for is photo editing, I'd look to spend under £500 and would like to pick it up, plug it in and go.

AMD 8 processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB storage (plus I'd look to use external storage)
