Anyone know an Orlando area veterinarian who makes house calls?

Need a housecall for a 14 year old dog who is terrified of car rides and must be sedated for even a short ride.

He has hip dysplasia also, so it makes it doubly hard to get him to the vet.

We are located near Dubstread Golf Course.
