Help with M.2 SSD compatibility?

Hey, I'm thinking of picking up an M.2 SSD for my rig, and I've heard a bunch about M and B type connecters, and I'm not really sure which one an SSD has, and which ones my MoBo supports.

This is from my MoBo's M.2 section of the manual, I have an Asrock Fatal1ty 970 performance, and it seems that it is a type B connector, but I'm not sure. This is the SSD I've been eyeing, and that also seems to have a B connector, but again, this is not confirmed on the site.

Also, if this is a bad SSD, and anyone has a recommendation for a better one of similar price, that would also be nice.
