Archdragon Peak Summoming.

Hello all, This is my first time posting to this sub. I hoping to get some clarification on an issue I've been having in DS3 for the Xbox One. I've played through the game 4 times now and summoning other players or being summoned by other players I very rarely a problem. When there is difficulty summoning I just restart my xbox and that usually fixes it. However every time I get to the Great Belfry and try to summon people for the Nameless King, my ability to connect to other players is awful. I get 1 out of every 15 attempts to summon another player and that's a generous estimate. Also when I try and place my summon sign, my character goes through the animation but doesn't actually draw a sign and I'm still able to see others. Do other people have this same issue? If so would anyone happen to know when or if this issue will be resolved?
