Well ... nice advertisement?! Overwatch offered on Steam?

Well I just wandered through some shops and was going to buy overwatch ... when this just appeared ... xDD https://i.gyazo.com/cc5e089821aa7e840ca30518c2abcded.png

No but for real, is it possible?

Since I don't think so and I even thought to myself that there might be a low %-chance of it also being at least "offered" via steam ... and well as I thought: Didn't find it ... xD Well let me know how that should work .... ^^"

EDIT: I think that it is just some kind of mass procedure due to the fact that I just saw that: https://i.gyazo.com/08aa290988b568f302e81a5c66d8e2c3.png (no advertisement for this game intended, just for showing purpose :o) might that be right?
