Harvest problems (again)?

Ever since I updated PerMa to 1.5.1 (and then to 1.6), I've been having problems with harvest, meaning when I sneak and access the Harvest button it just doesn't do anything. I've tried installing the fixes for 1.5 I found on Nexus, but to no avail. Is there some unknown conflicts with other mods that could cause this problem? (When the fix is installed, sneaking and trying to harvest simply does nothing, tried with 2842089 corpses either).
