Santa Boom double self destruct talent DOES stack

I rolled a santa boom yesterday with a 3/5 self destruct talent and I was wonder if it stacked with his hero power. I throw him into Lost realm at 124 with 3440 ATK and he pulled 14440 DMG when his self destruct talents proc'ed. Any thoughts on this in practicality?
