[DIPLOMACY] Bueno Aires-Tripoli

We offer Libya the use of up to 30 PRAM-6 drones for their offensive into Egypt. Any drones that survive are to be returned to Argentina, but we are willing to sell some as well for 30 million dollars per unit. These drones can be used for precision strikes, raids against military infrastructure, search and destroy operations, and the elimination of enemy leaders.
