Did Deathly Hallows Part 2 Introduce a Plot Hole About the Elder Wand?

The movie obviously had to make the final fight more exciting with Harry and Voldemort in the tower fighting.

I was wondering, there were several times where Voldemort "disarmed" Harry, the dude literally punched Harry to the ground and was absolutely abusing Harry.

Why didn't the Elder Wand Switch to Voldemort?

I mean, Harry literally grabbed the wands out of Draco's hand to gain possession of the Elder Wand. Voldemort did MUCH more to Harry in the movie, the Dark Lord practically assaulted Harry. Shouldn't he have gained the Elder Wand's power?

Of course I understand the huge fight scene was only in the movies, but I just thought that was a plot hole in the movies.
