Wharton for buyside? (X-post /r/financialcareers)

Was told to crosspost this here:

I know Wharton is one of the top schools for IB, and I'm definitely interested in looking at that path, but I'm also considering going to the buyside (if possible) and I'm trying to figure out if there's anything specific I should do there.

I'm a single degree student, so no Huntsman/M&T benefits. Basically I'm trying to see if there are any clubs I should really look into. I'm coming from Canada, where at unis like Queens clubs like QUIC are really beneficial for the knowledge/networking, curious if there's anything I should target when I get there.

So far it seems like WITG and GPS are my best bets. If you guys could corroborate that or give me any tips for getting into those clubs that'd be ideal.
