Should entire divisions be put on seperate shows to ease that. For instance putting tag team division on RAW and the women(not divas) on smackdown. Or vice versa. Then you could have a plot of two wrestlers being teddie longed into tagteams realise they're a good team joining the division and then changing brands as a result. Or teams break up and then have a member switch brands as a result "loser leaves town".
