Survey Questions Needed!!!

Since we are basically a less-ban-y badphil, I thought it might be a good idea to copy our sibling subreddit's recent survey; problem is, I need questions. I have some ideas of my own, but I'd like to hear yours as well. The only questions that can't/won't be asked are those regarding sex/race/gender/nationality, since I will be sharing the results of the survey with the sub.

If you're proposing a question:

1. It can be serious or silly, I will try to keep the original wording.

2. If you mean it to be multiple choice, please give the possible choices in your proposal.

3. You can propose as many questions as possible.

Once I feel I have enough questions, I'll make the survey and start another thread so y'all can answer it. I will ask that you use your username in the survey (I want to get a feel for our actual user base, please), but no one will be banned for their answers, even if they express sympathy with DFW. :D
