Do Trump rallies always have violent protesters who yell hurtful words at you?

I'm trying to convince my parents to take me to a Donald Trump rally but they think I will get hurt or yelled at for being a Trump supporter. Is it dangerous for me to go? Are there any VIP sections away from all the protesters where my parents and I can sit? Thanks :D
