Diaper rash tips?

My 6 month old has never really had diaper rash and we have used mostly all cloth since she was born and she's never had a rash really. Well yesterday she was in sposies pretty much all day and night yesterday and now she has a pretty bad red rash all over her bum and lady parts. Any time in the past she gets irritated I used Coconut oil but this looked really bad so I used aquaphor and let her run around nakie.

Any other tips or suggestions on what to use that's cloth friendly?
