Question regarding Rejuvenating Iso-8 Shards

I've been farming heroic act 1 missions looking for evasion rejuvenating shards, and I haven't seen a single one that's had more than one star, much less a purple color. Am I doing something wrong, or am I just unlucky? I've gotten around 10 one star rejuvenating shards of various colors.
