I put my mail on hold. They still delivered a package while I was away. Now its not here.

Long story short, I knew a package someone sent me was coming this weekend so I put my mail on hold. Well guess what, it wasnt and they still delivered my package yesterday. I got home today and its no where to be found, even tho they said they put it in a parcel locker. Its not there or by my front door.

So what are the next steps? Here is the email i got from the hold mail:

"Your hold mail request for 05/27/2016 - 06/01/2016 has been received. Keep your confirmation number handy to edit or cancel this request. If your mail is currently being held, the hold mail request cannot be cancelled. However, you can change the end date."

If I go there will they even give a shit? This specific PO has given me attitudes before and IM afraid they will just say tough shit. I mean I have proof that i asked for a held mail and they still deliverd my package. Im hopeing maybe its still at the post office?
