I can't change my screen resolution back to 1080p on W10

Right now the screen resolution is stuck to 1024x768 and I can't can't change it back to 1080p. I used Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the newest Nvidia driver 368.22 because of some problems in BF4. After I uninstalled the driver I restarted my PC and logged on again and then my screen resolution as messed up. I went to the display settings and there was no options to change back to 1080p. Any help would be appreciated.

Specs: i5 4690k and EVGA GTX 970 SC. Both not overclocked.
