Yogscast taking down videos?

So after a post about some one trying to find the Yogscast Crown Conquest series, and looking into it myself, I noticed that multiple videos on that series have also been put private which arose some questions for me. Is this a result of another music problem with the videos much like the Moonquest videos that had been taken down as well? Or is this a problem that happened before that the Yogscast never told us about?

Just some curious points that could link to the Moonquest problem.
